With centres in Central Auckland, East Tamaki and Sandringham there is an opportunity to work in diverse environments with fantastic working conditions and a term of professional early childhood teachers.
KiNZ Early Learning Centres employ fully qualified teachers, who have an Early Childhood Teaching Diploma as a minimum qualification and hold both current First Aid and Practising (Teacher Registration) Certificates.
Occasionally we also employ students who are currently in-training. Unfortunately there are no in-training vacancies at this time.
KiNZ offers its teachers a wide variety of benefits including:
- competitive kindergarten salary rates
- professional time each week (non-contact)
- teacher only days
- opportunity to be involved in an established teacher registration support and guidance programme
- career development opportunities
- student loan incentive grants
- fantastic working conditions with professional leaders
- first aid certificate renewal
- professional support by KiNZ Management
- quality assurance systems that include annual appraisals and KiNZ manuals that outline policies and procedures
At KiNZ we view professional development as essential so a lot of time, energy and resources are provided to ensure the ongoing progress and growth of our teaching staff.
All teaching staff are provided with ongoing, new and inspiring professional development opportunities to remain up to date with present theory and most importantly support positive learning outcomes for children.
Relieving KiNZ is always seeking enthusiastic teachers for relieving. All relievers must hold a Diploma of Teaching as a minimum qualification and a current practising certificate (Teacher Registration).
