KiNZ is governed by a council of four directors who are responsible for managing and directing the management of the business affairs of the company.

The day to day management role is delegated to the General Manager and staff at KiNZ head office.  

KiNZ Early Learning Centres operates four all day centres.  Each centre has a teaching team, which is inline with current ratios.

The centres also have a cook to support children's wellbeing.
